High-pressure hydrogen stainless steel "HRX19"
High flow rate, high-speed filling, safety, and lightweight. Weldable high-strength materials that can be used in high-pressure hydrogen environments.
"HRX19" is a high-pressure hydrogen stainless steel that does not experience hydrogen embrittlement even in harsh hydrogen environments such as low temperatures and high pressures, thanks to the optimization of its chemical components. Compared to the traditionally used SUS316(L), it achieves approximately 1.5 times higher strength. This enables thin-walled design of piping and increases the inner diameter, allowing for large flow rates of hydrogen and high-speed filling. Additionally, it is a weldable material, eliminating the risk of hydrogen leakage from joints, which is a disadvantage of mechanical joints, thereby contributing to improved reliability and safety. [Features] - Strong against hydrogen - High strength - Leak-proof - Capable of large flow filling - Achieves weight reduction and material cost savings through thin-walled design *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
